OMG!!!! I had the best shoe shopping experience that I could ever imagine here. I went into the store and I bought my brother and myself 3 pair of shoes each. The service was phenomenal!!! I will be going back.

Cristian gives great customer service!! Was greeted as soon as I walked in, he helped me find eveything I wanted and I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes. Will definitely be back for more!

I went in just to browse and came out extremely satisfied with my experience with a brand new pair of Jordan 4s Diane helped me understand how the shoe size conversion of men shoes into women shoes. Ultimately I came out with knowledge, shoes, and outstanding shopping experience. I will definitely recommend for anyone to go to this specific location. I will shop here again very soon.

Best customer service by the manager Denesha. This manager was very polite. She even spoke to me before the store was open and took care of her customers who where there waiting prior to the store opening for a shoe release. She went out of her way to treat everyone with respect and great customer service. Thank you so much for helping me get the shoe that was very sentimental to me today. 2/16/2019

Very friendly and helpful staff! I had a great experience and employee Brandon was super sweet! and i really loved his approach and customer service with me. Going to galleria to buy all my shoes there now.

Definitely one of my go to stores. Always good service. Staff is friendly. I appreciate how patient they are with my little. Always has answers to our questions. They are good about answering the phone even when they are busy. Every single time I go in people are busy but they always manage to look at me acknowledge and ask if I need help thank you everyone.

Samantha and Alex both took care of me Alex was amazing when I first talked to him it was a little inconvenience on my shoes but they turned around and they gave me a great customer service. I will most definitely be back. If Alex ain't a store manager he should be a store manager.

The shoe's are always amazing here at SHOE PALACE. Customer service, well that's another story, but for the most part they're good.

They were helpful when we were getting our shots here. My kid is hard to fit and we'd been to plenty of places so we're glad they had good choices for shoes that are good for parkour.
